FHFA and Treasury filed their Motions to Dismiss the Saxton Plaintiffs' Amended Complaints this afternoon.  Because the government filed super-sized digital copies of the Exhibits to their Motions to Dismiss, copies of the Motions to Dismiss follow in separate e-mail transmissions.  If those e-mail transmissions don't arrive, copies are available at:
