Judge Davis entered her order yesterday permitting the Kelly Plaintiffs to request permission to file an amended complaint in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. A copy of that order and a copy of the proposed amended complaint are attached to this e-mail message. Briefing on whether the amended filing will be permitted should wrap up in early May.
