Wazee filed a first amended complaint in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims today, together with a notice explaining its justification for the filing. Copies of the amended complaint and notice are attached to this e-mail message. Wazee stresses the Third Amendment has no precedent and unjustly enriches the United States at the expense of junior preferred shareholders.
