The Rafter Plaintiffs and the government delivered a status report to Judge Sweeney today telling her no further proceedings are necessary in their case pending before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and they will submit paperwork to dismiss their lawsuit. A copy of that status report is attached to this e-mail message.
