The Kelly Plaintiffs notified the Court of Federal Claims earlier this month their engagements with lawyers at Hagens Berman and Cohen Milstein were coming to an end and they'd be represented by new counsel, with a motion to substitute following shortly. The government filed a statement yesterday saying it might have more to say. Copies of the filings delivered to Judge Davis are attached to this e-mail message.
