Judge Lamberth's courtroom deputy made a notation on the docket yesterday indicating the jury heard additional testimony Anjan Thakor; shareholders rested their case; Judge Lamberth denied FHFA, Fannie and Freddie's motion for judgment as a matter of law; the jury watched video testimony from Donald Layton; and Ross Kari's deposition was read into the record.  Trial proceedings continue at 9:30 a.m. today.
