FHFA, Fannie and Freddie filed a motion yesterday asking Judge Lamberth to make a ruling about when the jury should hear from former FHFA Director DeMarco, and a copy of that request is attached to this e-mail message.

The trio so filed two additional documents under seal late yesterday.
