FHFA, Fannie and Freddie filed its response to the shareholders' motion asking Judge Lamberth to prevent the trio of defendants from introducing six categories of documents at trial in October and prohibiting discussion of those six topics in front of the jury.  A copy of that public filing is attached to this e-mail message.

The class plaintiffs also responded to a motion FHFA, Fannie and Freddie filed in late-August, but both of those documents are sealed.
