A motion was filed under seal in Fairholm v. FHFA this afternoon asking Judge Lamberth to do something.  The sealed request is accompanied by ten exhibits and Exhibit A has 21 parts, so it looks like a near-carbon copy of whatever request the Class Plaintiffs filed under seal last week.
