The parties delivered a status report to the Court yesterday outlining how they'd like to proceed. Magistrate Bowbeer entered an order today directing FHFA and Treasury to file their motions to dismiss by Mar. 11 (and obtain a hearing date from Judge Schiltz's chambers), the Bhatti Plaintiffs to file their response by Apr. 4, and the government to file replies by May 2.
