12105-0001 Tim Pagliara (the gentleman at Investors Unite) filed a lawsuit today in the Delaware Chancery Court demanding that Fannie Mae allow him to inspect the company's books and records.  A copy of the Complaint is attached to this e-mail message.  More documents will follow in separate e-mail transmissions.
