The Montilla Plaintiffs are asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review the First Circuit's decision and to consider if Fannie Mae, when in conservatorship, and FHFA, when acting as Fannie's conservator, are government actors. A copy of that petition is attached to this e-mail message.
