The Class Plaintiffs presented their request for certification of three classes of GSE security holders to Judge Lamberth today. The three classes are all Fannie Mae Junior Preferred Shareholders, all Freddie Mac Junior Preferred Shareholders, and all Freddie Mac common shareholders.
