Washington Federal delivered its supplemental brief to the Federal Circuit Friday, and a copy's attached to this e-mail message. In light of the Collins decision, Washington Federal is abandoning its claims based on the Third Amendment, and suggests the High Court's decision paves the way for its takings claim premised on the entire conservatorship being a scam to proceed to trial before Judge Schwartz.
