In a joint letter, the Collins Plaintiffs, FHFA and Treasury propose additional briefing in the Fifth Circuit about how to proceed in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision.  The parties propose that additional briefing conclude by Sept. 24.  A copy of the letter is attached to this e-mail message.
