The Federal Circuit has scheduled oral argument on the appeals from Judge Sweeney's decisions for 10:00 a.m. on Wed., Aug 4. The hearing will be held by telephone. If public access to that conference call is not permitted, the clerk usually makes recordings available by the end of the day.
