The Clerk of the Court for the Federal Circuit made a notation (Doc. 46) on the docket sheet in Piszel v. U.S. today indicating that Mr. Rella will be arguing on Mr. Piszel's behalf, he will have 13 minutes to present his argument, and will be given two minutes for any rebuttal at the hearing on Apr. 7.
