The parties sought and obtained additional time from the Federal Circuit to complete briefing, and a copy of the new scheduling order is attached to this e-mail message.  The parties will file their responsive briefs on or before Jan. 25, 2021; litigating shareholders will file their reply briefs on or before Feb. 26, 2021; and the government will file its reply brief on or before Mar. 26, 2021.
