Fannie/Freddie Consolidated Class Action
The Class Plaintiffs and the Berkley Plaintiffs filed their appellate briefs yesterday, and copies are attached to this e-mail message. Both urge the D.C. Circuit to uphold the jury verdict. Berkley goes a step further asking the appeals court to also remand the case for an additional trial to determine additional damages not addressed in the first and second trials before Judge Lamberth.
