The parties submitted a joint status report to Judge Gordon advising they view the High Court's decision in CFPB v. Community Financial differently.  FHFA thinks the decision blesses its funding scheme in all respects.  Daisey thinks because FHFA's spending cap is set by its own director that's a distinction with a difference and there's more to talk about.  A copy of Friday's filing is attached to this e-mail message.
