In light of Judge Lamberth’s pre-trail rulings, the parties attempted to hammer out a set of jury instructions. They agreed on some and continue to disagree about others. With that in mind, the parties delivered the attached joint submission to Judge Lamberth this afternoon explaining where they’re on the same page and where they diverge.
