Judge Lamberth entered an order this morning (x) granting some of FHFA, Fannie and Freddie’s motion for summary judgment, (y) denying other parts of that request, and (z) denying the shareholders’ motion for partial summary judgment. A copy of that one-page order is attached to this e-mail message. Judge Lamberth’s reasoning is under seal for the next week to allow the parties to make sure he hasn’t referenced any evidence still under seal.
