David Thompson at Cooper & Kirk sent a letter to the Seventh Circuit this week pointing the judges to the section of the PSPAs that prevents the GSEs from paying down the liquidation preference on Treasury’s senior preferred stock. A copy of that letter is attached to this e-mail message.
