The fourth (and final) petition seeking review of the Federal Circuit’s review of Judge Sweeney’s rulings on the government’s motions to dismiss most of the cases filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims was docketed in the U.S. Supreme Court this week, and a copy of that petition is attached to this e-mail message. The government intends to respond to the four petitions on Mon., Oct. 3.
