In a filing delivered to Judge Lamberth this evening, FHFA, Fannie and Freddie want permission to file an oversized “Rule 50(b) renewed motion for judgment as a matter of law.” The trio indicates counsel for shareholders doesn’t object to the proposed 55-page filing.
