The Quinn Plaintiffs advised yesterday that notwithstanding the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to decline review of the Fairholme decision, they “intend to amend their complaint and further pursue their claims in this case.” The Quinn Plaintiffs intend to file an amended complaint by Fri., Apr. 14; the government will move to dismiss on Fri., June 16; and briefing on the dismissal request will wrap up on Fri., July 28.
