The parties delivered their joint status report to Judge Sweeney today. The Fisher and Reid Plaintiffs want their case in the U.S Court of Federal Claims placed on hold until the re-trial before Judge Lamberth concludes. The government doesn’t agree and wants Judge Sweeney to dismiss their lawsuit now. A copy of the joint status report is attached to this e-mail message.
