Owl Creek, the Cacciapalle Plaintiffs and Mr. Barrett filed their reply briefs Tuesday and the Clerk made a notation on the docket sheet yesterday saying the Justices will consider whether to review the Federal Circuit’s decision at their conference on Fri., Jan. 6.
