Judge Lamberth’s courtroom deputy made a notation on the docket today indicating the jury heard more testimony from Balan Dharan Related today; Susan McFarland’s deposition was read into the record for the jury; the jury watched video deposition testimony from Timothy Mayopoulos, David Benson and Mukarram Attari; and heard live testimony from Joseph Mason and Anjan Thakor. Trial proceedings will continue at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.
