Judge Lamberth’s courtroom deputy make a notation on the docket this evening indicating testimony from Mario Ugoletti via video deposition was shown to the jury today, Edward DeMarcho testified today for both sides, and trial proceedings will continue at 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.
