Shareholders delivered three filings to Judge Lamberth this afternoon:

    (A) Doc. 213 justifying exclusion of Prof. Kothari's testimony;

    (B) Doc. 214 arguing former Director DeMarco is a critical witness and should probably testify twice during the trial; and

    (C) Doc. 215 a reply brief in support of their sealed motion for leave to amend their pretrial statement to include reliance damages, serve a supplemental expert report about reliance damaged by Dr. Mason, and perhaps split the trial into liability and damages phases;

and copies of those filings are attached to this e-mail message.
