FHFA, Fannie and Freddie delivered a document to Judge Lamberth this afternoon revealing some of the sealed filings from May, June and July concern expert testimony by Prof. S.P. Kothari about shareholders’ reasonable expectations. Shareholders want Prof. Kothari’s testimony limited and the trio of defendants wants the jury to listen to everythinhg he has to say.
