Noticing agent A.B. Data submitted its declaration to the Court today describing how more than 100,000 identifiable class members were contacted by mail directly and through the brokerage system. The declaration also includes a list identifying the 63 shareholders (like Berkley and its insurance affiliates, the Bhatti Plaintiffs, the Rop Plaintiffs, and others) who elected to opt out of the class.
