The parties filed a joint status report in the Court of Federal Claims today. That status report tells Judge Sweeney “the parties have been unable to agree on the appropriate next steps in this case.” Mr. Angel tendered a 24-page draft of a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement he’d like the government to execute. Judge Sweeney entered an order directing the parties to file a status report within 30 days after the Federal Circuit’s decision becomes final and non-appealable. Copies of today’s three filings are attached to this e-mail message.
