The Bhatti Plaintiffs, FHFA and Treasury advised the Eighth Circuit about the Collins decision yesterday and proposed filing limited supplemental briefs over the next ten weeks to help guide the court’s thinking about how the Collins decision should affect the outcome of the Bhatti appeal.
