The Rafter Plaintiffs ask Judge Sweeney to join Fannie Mae as a nominal defendant to their lawsuit in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims against the government, and a copy of that request is attached to this e-mail message. The Rafter Plaintiffs tell Judge Sweeney that joinder is necessary at this time for the court to properly consider the Rafter Plaintiffs’ derivative shareholder claims.
