FHFA and Treasury sent Judge Schiltz a letter yesterday following a conference call with his Courtroom Deputy, and a copy of that letter is attached to this e-mail message. FHFA and Treasury tell Judge Schiltz that they won’t be able to file joint motions to dismiss and supporting briefs.
