FHFA and Treasury delivered their replies in support of their motions to dismiss the Collins Plaintiffs’ complaint to Judge Atlas late this evening, and copies of those replies are attached to this e-mail message. Congress, FHFA says, made it clear that the agency is insulated from lawsuits and there are no exceptions applicable to GSE shareholders.
