Circuit yesterday, Fairholme says the claims brought by the Edwards Plaintiffs in Florida against Deloitte are separate and distinct from the APA and contract claims brought by shareholders in the D.C. litigation, so Judge Scola’s decision is not as relevant as FHFA wants to believe.
