In an Amicus Brief filed this week, the Cato Institute and Southeastern Legal Foundation tell the Federal Circuit that the decision in Piszel v. U.S. represents an unwarranted expansion of the government’s power to interfere with private contracts, and encourage the court to reconsider its decision.
