FHFA’s former COO Richard Hornsby sued FHFA’s leader today, and a copy of his complaint is attached to this e-mail message. It has no bearing on the interests of junior preferred shareholders, and only has gossipy value as far as I can tell. I don’t intend to follow this matter closely.
