Blackwells Capital filed an amicus brief urging the High Court to accept the Collins Plaintiffs’ petition for review of the Fifth Circuit’s decision, and the government filed its brief saying the court should not review the constitutional and remedial topics the Collins Plaintiffs request but should review HERA as requested in its appeal.
