Judge Alejandro entered an order this afternoon extending the deadline for FHFA and Treasury to file replies in support of their motions to dismiss oppositions to Wazee’s motion for summary judgment to Feb. 15 2019, and the deadline for Wazee to file its reply in support of its motion for summary judgment to Mar. 15, 2019.
