Treasury has not altered its position and delivered its supplemental brief to the Fifth Circuit this evening telling the Court that it should affirm Judge Atlas’ decision to dismiss the Collins Plaintiffs’ complaint. A copy of Treasury’s supplemental brief is attached to this e-mail message.
