Judge Sweeney entered an order today directing Fairholme to file its amended complaint by Mon., Oct. 1, wrapping up briefing on that motion to dismiss by Jan. 22, and saying that if Fairholme files and further motions to amend its complaint any resolution of those requests will be handled after she rules on the motion to dismiss the government will file on Oct. 1.
