Wazee Street Opportunities Fund IV LP, Douglas Whitley, and Lisa Brown, owning more than 1.6 million shares of GSE common stock, filed a class action lawsuit yesterday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Kessler Topaz and Boies Schiller represent the Wazee Plaintiffs’ counsel. A copy of the complaint is attached to this e-mail message.
