The Bhatti Plaintiffs presented Judge Schiltz with a motion for leave to file a supplemental brief late last week in response to some questions Judge Schiltz asked at oral argument on Dec. 21. FHFA and Treasury told the Bhatti Plaintiffs it did not agree with the request. Judge Schiltz entered an order today denying the Bhatti Plaintiffs’ request.
