The parties submitted a stipulation to Judge Lamberth this afternoon asking him to extend the briefing schedule on FHFA, Fannie and Freddie’s motions to dismiss by four days. A copy of that stipulation is attached to this e-mail message. The parties propose that the Class Plaintiffs, Fairholme and Arrowood will file their responses by Feb. 16, 2018, and FHFA, Fannie and Freddie will file their replies by Mar. 16.13-mc-01288-0067
