Judge Sleet entered a Memorandum Order this afternoon allowing Messrs. Jacobs and Hindes to amend their complaint to reshuffle their legal theories. Judge Sleet finds that notice of this reshuffling to other shareholders is not required. A copy of Judge Sleet’s Memorandum Order is attached to this e-mail message. Once Messrs.
