Judge Scola entered a paperless order this afternoon saying “The Court substituted the Federal Housing Finance Agency as the Plaintiff in this action on January 18, 2017. By February 6, 2017, the parties shall inform the Court about the status of the case and the parties’ proposed schedule for how to proceed.”
